SciFi and Fantasy Art: Planar Kips

A small clerks home in the greatest city in the multiverse. This is where the new Planescape campaign I am currently playing in began. Originally created as a pencil sketch, it was sepia toned and framed in Photoshop 5.

That's sigil! The ground is slightly turning away, the houses very narrow but the street's to empty. Where are all the crazy planewalkers?!?
