SciFi and Fantasy Art: The Fate of All Saviors

'The fate of all saviors is to die for their worlds.' The shining Awwn, Azariah told Natalia as she lamented the sacrafice of Shonqua, the first of the Protectors of the Watana. 'True heros are the ones who die for what they believe in. Fate has a double face, death and life. The good are always the first taken and the first to be sacrificed upon the altar of destiny and hope.' Just a little sketch and exceprt from a story in the works which I did over the summer^_~ Done in regular old graphite pencil.
