| 14 Nov 2004 | Anna L. Nilsson | I agree with Kerstin- especially the woods are shaded very impressively. | |
| 14 Nov 2004 | Uta ´Freawyn´ Hesse | Yeah wow, its a great pic again. One of the olders, huh? You really can see that the priestress doesn't have any fear but just feels joy and is curious how her night with the god will be. Very erotic. | |
| 14 Nov 2004 | Kerstin ´kolibri´ Eiben | *first comment dancy* I like the silhouette of the man standing out from the background. Wonderful shading! | |
| 24 Apr 2006 | Barbara-Leonie Koller | Wonderful! I love the mood that pic gives me. You did very well with the shading! have a lovely Beltane!! ;o) | |
| 14 Jul 2006 | Winter | this is a truly lovely picture, i want to make it clear i am not questioning that. i am only curious..... is this a myth, or known story of legend or such things? or is it just a coincidence that the teen fantasy author Tamora Pierce has the same piece of story as part of her 'Immortals' series? in the series it is Diane's mother and Diane's father as the woman in the front and the horned hunt god falling in love on Beltane and then getting involved without getting married first. if it is just a coincidence than i apologise deeply, i just don't quite trust coincidence of late. (if it is coincidence than i have just made a fool of myself but, alas, that is my role in life.) anyway, 1,000 apologies on either account.

| 14 Aug 2006 | Varda | it is part of the pagan religion and celebrations. Marion Zimmer Bradley also writes about it plenty of times in her books. Celebrations are still held | |
