SciFi and Fantasy Art: Lance Whiteboots

Lance was a halfling character of mine for Dungeons and Dragons. He was known as one of the luckiest little bastards you'd meet. Charismatic, Quick, and Intelligent as you could get this guy was the leader of a group of half-orc and human mercenaries. He was reknown for his foolhardy but amazingly effective stunts, utilizing no more than a pistol crossbow and a whip. He once defeated a major demon on one on one combat using little more than his wits. Though his strength and toughness were pitiful this guy had staying power. The orc skull is presented for scale. Pencil on 8x10 printer paper
