SciFi and Fantasy Art: Timmy and the Mi-go: The Green Pyramids.

The little mi-go, carrying Timmy in his brain-cylinder, flew past the silent city of green pyramids. The city was unspeakably ancient, the last remnant of a civilisation that had flourished and vanished long before the Mi-go first came to Yuggoth. Constructed according to strange geometries, the pyramids' polished flanks reflected constellations unknown in Yuggoth's skies.

The little mi-go kept well clear of the cyclopean city, for there are places on Yuggoth where even Mi-go dare not venture.

I like how cartoonish yet Lovecraftian it is.That’s hard to pull off.
