SciFi and Fantasy Art: Tropical Fairy

I think this is probably my favorite picture. I wondered what kind of fairies there were besides your average garden fairy...and came up with her . I hope in the future to do some other fairies from different parts of the world. Did this with colored pencils.

18 Apr 2000	Patrick R. Derksen	Loading... I like the colours in her wings a lot! I don't know if I get "tropical" out of this one, though. Definately exotic, but not really tropical. Maybe a jungle or a tropical animal in the background would do it. It's a great drawing!
