SciFi and Fantasy Art: Cecil

Here's another one of my handful of benchmark pieces I keep around to remind me of were I've been artistically. For the longest time I'd left him untitled, but on an off hand whim decided that he looked like a Cecil and it's stuck ever since.

I might just one day go back and recreate him with a suitable background; I can just see him twisting with utter abandon across tempest tossed cerulean skies...
