SciFi and Fantasy Art: Knook (L. Frank Baum)

This satyr-like dude is based slightly on the 'knooks', a people created by L. Frank Baum. I own a video of a claymation version of his:'Te life and Adventures of Santa Claus' and was inspired by the character of Peter Knook. (who, coincidentally, looks nothing like this. I said inspired, right?)Anyhow, thi guy looks sad about something, but I'm not yet sure what. No, I don't think the thing in his hands is a wig. I think it will have something on it by the time I've finished. (Oh yeah, as if I ever finish anything!) (By the Way L. Frank Baum is the guy who wrote the Wizard of Oz) (hey, look! It's male, and it even LOOKs male, a bit! It doesn't look like a woman with a facial hair problem! YAY!)
