| 17 Nov 2007 | Anne Wipf | Excellent drawing. Shelz Keast replies: "Thank you, little George was quite time consuming." | |
| 17 Nov 2007 | Michelle L. Gerst | Where's the rest of his body? -Looks like his head got ripped off. Very neat and I like the perspective and all.. Shelz Keast replies: "He deosn't have a body as he started life as a Matrix sentinal (things went a bit awray when he became cute). You could think of him as a mechanical beholder or floating eyeball." | |
| 17 Nov 2007 | John R Farley Jr | R2D2 on steroids? He he! I like the robot claw there. What's interesting, whether you meant to do it or not, is the robot's face. It looks like a face, but it doesn't look ridiculous. Shelz Keast replies: "No he most certainly is not "R2D2 on steroids". Espcially since he was origianlly going to be a sentinal/squid from the Matrix. I let him develope his own persnality as I drew, I wanted to put as little emotion into this as possible. I like the face too, it has things that could be eyes and a mouth but could easily be other things. It think what I'm trying to say is that he's not anthropomorhpisised." | |
| 22 Nov 2007 | Dave Cripps | Have you tried looking at the back of the garage. Poor George! It looks vicious. But looks can be deceiving. Although I wouldn't want it to pounce on me and slobber all over me like some over-happy dog.... Shelz Keast replies: "No garage, so he's not there. George is not the slobering type. Can't stand slobber." | |
| 6 May 2008 | Chantz Hegemann | That is so cool! I love the reflection in its....eyes.....cameras? Shelz Keast replies: "Photoreceptors or optical sensors, they just look like eyes to us." | |
