SciFi and Fantasy Art: Demonic dragon

Silly? Are you crazy man it's so damn nice. So sexy done. The knife tail and all.The pansar rules. It's demonical good. So loco bueno. Helt sjukbra.

This is really neat. It's very different. The style is quite different from a lot of stuff I see on Elfwood. What I really like about this picture is that you've pulled the spine and ribs up to the surface of the skin so they're visible, giving it a pretty creepy look. Wonderful shading, as well.

Nice shading, and more importantly - it's obvious that you've taken the time to LOOK at anatomy, it gives the impression that this thing could move if it so wished, and do a great deal of harm should it decide to attack. That tends to let a few bits of fantasy art down - when people IGNORE how things are put together in the real world.

Reminds me somewhat of a Chimera, except the dragon-like head.

Seeing it fully, does make me understand how it got mod's choice.
