SciFi and Fantasy Art: Border Patrol

A picture of some mermaids that I did for a friend. Not much to say about this, really. Everyone thinks that the mermaid in the foreground is a man, but she isn't.

It looks really grainy to me, and I'm not sure if that's the scan or whether it was always like that. No matter.

Done mostly with mechanical pencils, with softer pencils thrown in when I could find them.

24 Jun 2007	Marika Viklund	Loading... Wow... it's beautiful! I saw she wasn't a man too! Woot! Really lovely picture, very natural looking and it's not yet another "a meremaid on a rock" picture. This shows they have lives too and do something but sunbathing! Very nice shading and composition!
