SciFi and Fantasy Art: Purple Faerie

The cover of my new sketchbook. I was actually brave enough to paint it. Unfortunately... I was a little hasty with clearcoating it - the acrylic wasn't entirely dry so it got a little smudgy around her face. Also, the use of metallic paint made it look a little odd in the scan. Enough excuses. Acrylic on, uhm... my sketchbook cover. Whatever it's made of.

7 May 2004	Patty	Loading... I think this is absolutely beautiful...the nose looks a lil weird I dunno whether it is the shape or the blurriness of the color?? i dunno whether that makes sense but anyways this is really good
