Shelly the otter was design #4. A bit more on the playful side, she is a bit more outgoing then Daisy and is willing to do anything for fun. Most eyes catch the vibrant colors on her swimsuite, I think I can see why.

Oooh...SPIFFY!!! She's so cuuuuuuuters! Otters are so nice, yup. But they don't smell good, nope. Well...the ones at the Sacramento Zoo don't, anyway. I think she'd look better without the little skirt thing, but it's a VERY original picture, though! Me likees!
