SciFi and Fantasy Art: BRIGHT ANGEL TRAIL

Acrylics on masonite. 20 X 24 in. I haven't had a chance to see the Grand Canyon during my first visit to US in 1988</a>. A small photo from an Amtrak booklet served as a reference for this painting. It took me three more years to see the real thing with my own, stunned eyes... This painting was used as a poster for the 1988 Polish National SF Convention (POLCON).

But the hair... something is missing, the yellow lines are a bit too crude maybe, and only working with two colors? The colorful planet is great, love it! The background... what about adding some deep red colours here and there in it. (Just talking to myself Aoouuhhh! I can't stop looking at her nails, and fingers... brilliant! I learn a lot and get MUCH pleasure by looking at these paintings. Thanks alot!!!
