SciFi and Fantasy Art: The Elegant Swordsman

This is an unfinished (as usual) piece of work I did over the course of a few nights chilling at a friends house. {Funny at my title, since his swords are the two most un-finished on parts :/ :P} I was in a little phase of musketeer-like swordsmen with feathered hats. Yeah, I had a feathered hat thing going on as you may have noticed from a few other piccys on my site. :P Also was very into the mood of/inspired by Yoskitaka Amanos work on Vampire Hunter D and the Final Fantasy (copyright him, and squaresoft)series (though Ive never played any of the games, or even really looked at the drawings). Anyway, this char is not anybody in particular; I made him up just to experiment with costumes and different styles of drawing. (BTW, I am very unhappy with the scan; lost something in the translation you know - but I had to up the contrast to even see the details, cuz the drawing was so soft and delicate.) I think he would look nice in watercolors. Oh well.
