| 14 Jan 2001 | Elena Vanin | It's not so bad as you say! I think you should try to be more natural with your pencils... what I mean is that the line seems too much straight and rigid. Try, after having put down few soft lines to sketch proportions, to let your hand go aroud them freely, making round, slender, natural forms, even if very confused. Among those confused lines, there is the just one: try to go closer and closer to it with darker strokes. At the beginning this is very important to learn how to give naturality, freedom and strength to your hand. I think you have talent, there are the hints for this, but you still have to get it out ^__^ | |
