SciFi and Fantasy Art: Dragon magic

I once again took an old sketch and revived it with today's technology. However just like many of the others in my gallery I have completely redrawn the image with far better skill than the original was done with. Sorry this is such a crummy resolution I can send you a better copy if you are really interested.
