SciFi and Fantasy Art: Axiel, Talbot, and Blizzard

Axiel (pronounced a-SHEEL) was a sprite that found herself caught up in a nasty storm and carried across continents. Wounded and lost, she was discovered by Talbot, a leprechaun like fellow with a bit of a brogue and a taste for moonlight distilled dew (called moonshine). Talbot, coming from a race of faerie who wear clothes, does find Axiel's personal tastes a bit odd and although he jests about her 'lewdness' and is attracted to her, he has grown to love her and won't truly lay a finger on her (though he threatens and teases). Axiel, for her part, finds the earthly and rough little man charming, but won't admit it (although the fact that she's given up returning home should be a good indication). As for Blizzard, he's a simple, big, fat white rat that is Talbot's friend and steed. He earned his name because the first time the two met, Blizzard, leaping to avoid a cat, landed on the leprechaun. Completely engulfed in white fur, being caught in a sudden snowstorm was the first thing Talbot thought had happened to him.
