This is the original 1993 black and white pencilled, then penned/inked version of the 'Cleric Ambushed' image also found in this gallery. I decided to put it up to give an idea of the steps involved in the creation process and also because I haven't had much of a chance to update my gallery in the past few months.

18 Dec 2000	John Teall	Loading... i think tad williams had some kind of ill intended people who came up out of the ground and attacked like that - they weren't undead but some creation of his own that i forget what he called them - this is the kind of thing that if they could do it convincingly in horror movies they'd have to warn people with pacemakers not to look ... ~
