SciFi and Fantasy Art: White Tiger Byakko

This is Byakko, one of the four gods of the four regions in Chinese/Japanese mythology. (The other three being Genbu, Suzaku, and Seiyruu.) I remember hearing something about the constellations and the connection with these four gods when I was a child. I don't remember it very well though. Nevertheless, Byakko is the well known name of the tiger god in Fushigi Yuugi. I don't remember what the symbol of the tiger represents, but I think the turtle (Genbu, right?) represents long life. This is my first finished CG project.

28 May 2005	Anonymous	Loading... This is great but byakko is time or plants i need to research on that and suzaku is red seiryuu is blue and genbu is black but this is quite impressive quite unique
28 May 2005	Anonymous	Loading... there is also the center of all creators her name is taiitskun she's the creator of all in fushigi yuugi she live in Mt. Taikyoku but the creator is really old and this is just a continuation of the first one i did explaining all the gods

Its really nice but since i watch fushigi yuugi its suzaku the phoenix who has the power of fire , genbu the turtle ice , byakko i think plants and time manipulation and seiryuu the dragon is water but other than that its rally nice you should try the other gods your good!!!!!
