well, you have a lot things to improve. you just need practise. draw those little sketches every chance you get. and do some studies of hkman anatomy and face too. that's the only way you'll get better. by practiscing. but you have some good work here, so don't stop now!

Don't let all these patronising people get to you. You have a great sense of design and shape, coupled with a great imagination. Let these guide your work. Art doesn't have to be realistic to be good! Art is expression, it is what YOU want it to be, if it is just a recreation of an object without expression it isn't art. Keep drawing, practise and find your own style and what you enjoy and keep at it, and stop being so negative!
