SciFi and Fantasy Art: The End of the Realm

She who is Queen of one realm stands at the border to the next. The spring weeps softly as it passes into summer. Drawn with Painter and a Tablet. This work began as a cloud-study, and that remains my favorite part of this one, I think. My first work of 2003, and my newest after a long hiatus where inspiration was ever pursued but never captured.

I know that when water hits something it creates that aura, yet the one around her defines her as being of great importance, and somewhat mystical.
