You need to use better proportions when drawing, and practice more often.

Hi I love Anime too and Final Fantasy has to be the best set of RPGs around! I know its really annoying when people tell you you done something "wrong" but don't tell you what can be done about it. TIP: When it comes to drawing girls one of the things that can put off the proportions most is the chest. Try not to draw so much in but leave more out and let the shading and imagination do the work. For example, the arrow slicer is trying to hard, whereas the purity question is a much better drawing. Practice makes perfect. See ya!

Yo Sara, no I don't know you but you said you liked reading comments and I thought I'd just call you by your name. 2 You have a nice style but you aren't that good at drawing the whole body. Naw, I'm not gonna just critisize and go away, I'll give you suggestions. (This is what I do, I can't show you my pictures, not an elfwood artist yet...) But lightly draw the upper part of the body as if the figure were going to wear a T-shirt. Draw whatever detail you want on the top and if you want the figure to wear a dress, then that is where the drawing lightly comes in. Just erase the bottom and then draw whatever you want.

See? Commenters can be a little helpful! You don't have to do this, but it's a little suggestion. (This is the longest comment I have ever written, I hope you like it!)

:-) Sara Stewart replies: "Thanks for the insight. I'll keep that in mind. And I do appreciate your writing a comment for me."
