SciFi and Fantasy Art: Bridge of Dreams

This grew out of some doodles and some older ideas I had for a story location (never got round to that). It's not supposed to have any inner message just an improbable bridge over a (very) deep gulf. I eventually made it into a christmas card by adding an old, grumpy looking guy in a red cloak behind the wolf with Photoshop.

This image has been playing on my mind for ages and I've been trying to find it again, seems like I actually commented on another one of your pictures without even realising it was in your gallery : D. I shall definitely be adding this to my 'inspirations' list. Funny how it looks different to the version in my mind, still very nice though.

The wolf looks a bit too blue or something, like it wasn't really meant to bee there. Did you paint it in later or something? Also, if I may critizise a little, it's got no butt and very very thin legs! Other then that it's just an amazing piece!! Oh, and I LOVE the house!!
