SciFi and Fantasy Art: Insanity

Is there really a good way to describe this picture? No matter what I tell you, you're going to think I'm bonkers, and you'll probably be right. I was trying to see if i could draw a creepy tweaker picture, since that seems to be all the rage nowadays, and I think I achieved that goal, now I'm decided if that's a god thing or not.

Stefania Zachary replies: "hehe... didn't specify, i meant at my school. everyone tries to be all dark and depressing because that is the fad, so i decided to give it a try, and i do believe i rock at it. lol. i'm crazy enough myself to pull it off."
