SciFi and Fantasy Art: Enchanted Skull

NOTE: This is one from the ARCHIVES! 'I've worked with graphics a few different times... My options for effects are limited because I only have Photoshop 3 for Win3.11, and with Win95, many of the plugins won't work. So most of anything done here was just from scratch. What I'd like to get would be a 3d program like the ones I've seen a few other artists here use... '

Galen, my only comment is this, if you want to get serious about computer graphics buy a Mac, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator can use plugins from each program and it works just fine. I have been working in the computer graphics field for 12 years and feel that a Mac will simplify your life and make you much more productive. Keep up the good work. Robert Goode
22 May 1998	psiflare	Loading... okay, quit it with the operating system stuff... photoshop works best in whatever operating system you're most used to, except for maybe unix, cause unix photoshop crashes often... :-(... 3d-wise, try truespace...it's cheap and effective.

2 Oct 2000	L.S. Engler	Loading... i think this is just really awesome, especially the eyes in the skull. i can't even use computer paint programs! yeesh. i like the flame on the candle, but, then again, its fire, so, naturally.
