He's cute! He makes me think of seahorses, but yes, I can tell he's a flier. Is he a related to Quetzelcoatl maybe?

Much like a seahorse. Add a little more detail and I think this would make a great dragon. Practice makes perfect!

This is a cool drawing, however it is not a dragon. It is missing all of its legs for that. Possibly a winged seahorse though. Still, I like the artwork here.
