Eh...I chose the title mainly because of her outfit. I've kinda got this fuzzy idea that she went to school one day and finally had enough, and her powers manifested. Or something like that. : ) So there ya have it! I REALLY love the bg on this, though. Took me a while to get there, but I like how it's misty-ish and all lit up.
