SciFi and Fantasy Art: Pangaea - Take Me

Here we have another picture of Crow, the bitchy yet tragic little courtesan-boy from Machra-la... All he really wants is for someone to want him, to love him, but since he's so very afraid to be rejected, his own defenses make sure to keep people away. A very messed-up kid. Don't you just want to take him home with you..?
This image of the scarred and fallen, yet defiant and proud little courtesan was inspired by the poem that's also translated and added to the image. ( Poem written by Swedish artist and author Jonas Gardell. )

Now let's see how many commentators neglect to read this text and mistake Crow for a girl...
