SciFi and Fantasy Art: The Jaguar King

No tablet. Imagine my suffering. Inspiration is a volatile thing. If you don't get to vent it, give it an outlet, it'll just slowly drive you mad.
So finally I gave up.
I chose the less awful of two terrifying alternatives.
I resignedly started sketching with the mouse.

This is a Pangaean jaguar. A sacred animal to the Ku'Ombians, it features in many of their myths and legends - the most famous one being the tale of Father Sun, The Black Serpent and the Jaguar King...
