Hi, my name is Justin Sturgill. I am 15 years old and I love to draw. I have always been fairly good at drawing. I really started drawing a when I was in eighth grade. I started by copying things out of comic books so I could learn their techniques and get better at proportions. I probably have close to thirty of these drawings. This helped me a lot. I then started drawing images out of my head. I started drawing fantasy art In eighth grade. After I found Lothlorien I decided I wanted to join so I started to do fantasy. The Dragonlance Saga has inspired me the most. I absolutely love those books! If you have never read a Dragonlance novel you really should. You will love the novels. Most of my ideas of how an elf or dwarf should look come from these novels. I also am slightly inspired by the Xanth novels by Piers Anthony and the Chronicles of Narnia. All my work is done with a 0.7mm mechanical pencil that you buy in stores. I will welcome any constructive criticism and tips on my drawings. Try not to just say, that sucks my hampster could do better, ok. I hope you enjoy my pictures.

25 Aug 2005	Dragonet	Loading... I'm quite younger, (well, just one year younger on the assuption that you haven't updated your bio) artist, and I should say that you are perty good. The images are quite grusome and forboding. I'm trying to do a manga with some of my forboding images, but it's quite hard since I'm quite squimish. Anywho, your art is fantastic, and I can see that there is a great deal of artistic potential running through your vains. Keep up the good work. Maybe, someday, I'll be able to see your art in video games or fantasy book covers. Looking forward to it.

My real name isn't Thalestris but I am 14 and I think your a really good artist.I've been drawing all my life and I want to be an artist however I'm not igsactly an amazing artist.With a few more years of practice I'm sure you'll be pretty great(maybe I will too).Tell You what; I'll keep practicing to become a perfect artist if you and all the other elfwood members would. The only criticism that I have is tomake your drawings seem a litle more three-dimsneional, and ofocus a litle more on more anatomically accurate musculature. Other than that, keep it up! Drawiing is A-W-E-S-O-M-E!
