SciFi and Fantasy Art: Evaloir's Dance

This is one of my main characters in the new FANTASY book I am writing (A paraquil to my last FANTASY novel I co-wrote with Cristina- Tale of the Sea... yes... a paraquil.) Evaloir is the gypsy that Rinor falls in love with before he meets the Elves... Poor Rinor. Ah well. This took me forever to draw and then paint and then tweak after scanning so the colors were better in photoshop... (what would I do without photoshop???) I tried my hand at some Art Nouveau-ish type thingers in the corners. Comments and helpful tips would be nice :-) Sketched in Pencil, watercolored, text done in ye ol' photo shoppe

Does that still count?? dance dance dance well colleen i've said it before and i'll say it again...(well type it this time) love the corners, especially the leave, and the way the font changes colour with the background colours... Looks wikid... Colleen J Sweeney replies: "thanks for the comment. I am gonna wait till I have a cult following before I get into maiing prints. Maybe when I am out of school. But If I knew enough people were interested I might start finising out about getting prints made."

I would love to play the character, with such a beautiful name, and story, that could be behind it. Anyway, wanted to ask, since it's copyrighted. Again, VERY GOOD DRAWING!

The Art Nouveau gives it the perfect touch. I just love what you have done with water colors here. Every thing comes together perfectly. Evaloir looks so peaceful and happy.
