SciFi and Fantasy Art: Creatures' Head

These are the heads of two fasntasy creatures. The left one is based on a triceratops - i think. The other is rather strange. maybe reptilelike. As most of my presented pictures, I have found them in one of my scool books.

I can see the triceratops influence in the nose area, but I think the head shape is more pterodactyl in nature. *smiles* The other one... I have no idea. Goos details in the 'other one's' skin stuff.

Ooooooooah, I love the face on the right... the detail is great... adds a nice depth to it. I could see him being a villian in a comic strip for sure.

ah! wish i had the patience to draw a whole comic strip. most probably, that will never happen 8
