Argh, I deleted this picture by accident last update. I'm such a moron.
By the time I realised, my ticket was half-way through the queue and I couldn't bear to delete it and wait another month.
I lost all your lovely comments on it. Bu ;_;

These two are amongst the victims of my fixation with dropping fantasy races into modern and sci-fi settings (based around the indisputable fact that non-pointy ears are boring ;P) They're vocalists in a band called Elves (original, I know :P) and their storyline is basically a merging of all the most awesome things the world has to offer: Rock music, manga, boyslove, elves and a whole lot of camp.
Ryou is having a rather out-of-character seme-moment in this one. Or perhaps it's Shido’s uke-moment that's out-of-character...

I know the lens flares are silly, but it would have looked worse if I'd tried to draw stage lights ^^

The composition and pose of the two characters seems very natural, and, to me, very graceful in conveying the sense of emotion. It even features elves. ^_^ Looking through your gallery, many pieces have really struck me as very interesting - particularly the one featuring yourself and your muse, and your command of Photoshop is impressive as well! I've been playing with the program for a few years now, but I always seen to have more patience for the smudgy, messy lure of pencil and acrylics...
