| 8 Nov 2000 | Jesse | What a compelling picture! You should definitely finish this. I think the dwarf would look even more powerful and in motion if he were glaring down at his target. Really Cool! Thank you -- It does not show well (in this scan) but the dwarf is already looking down...I was trying not to exaggerate the position of his eye-balls, in assumption that the dwarf will likely loose focus of the ogre for a moment...in that maneuver. -- I will keep experimenting with it, though | |

| 9 May 2001 | Max Bolotin | It looks to me that the dwarf is right above the Ogre, and that he will fall down right infront of him. Otherwise I must say it is a nice and funny pic. | |
| 22 May 2002 | Zachariah Campbell | As long as this is still in the sketch stage, I'll chime in with the earlier poster. The composition should probably be shuffled a bit, because our attention is scattered all over the place by the structures, and direction of the dwarf. I do get the impression that he is going to miss the ogre... maybe the ogre should be shifted closer to the centre.
Or more likely, the problem is the very frontal arrangement of the architecture. If you shift the angle of the doorway to the side somewhat, the ogre will seem more like he is just emerging from the doorway, and I think the relative placement of the figures will work.
I only comment here on compositional stuff because your figures are excellent, as usual. | |

| 21 Feb 2006 | Anonymous | Nice. But it kinda looks like the dwarf is staring off into space, rather than looking at his target like he should be. | |
