Arthur 'Art' Tailey is © Tania Walker 2001. Tabs Tailey's younger brother by a year, Art is an out-of-work journalist who is very rarely seen without a cigarette dangling from his mouth. He is prone to puncture Tabs's natural enthusiasm and zest with well-timed, flatly-delivered LOGIC. He has a genius level IQ but not a heck of a lot to show for it (aside from a naturally twisted sense of humor), but this comes in handy later when he enters the detective business with his sister.
