SciFi and Fantasy Art: Nymphae

Original size ~30x30 cm.
This sitting faery, called Nymphae, was done using a Water colour set I bought some years ago, and finally found a good use for. I used the water colour in a kind-of Gouache way, painting with thick color, often in several layers. I Tried to make her body look light and slender, that's why she has long legs, for example - this is not a human. I also tried to make somewhat larger wings on this one, she might even be able to fly! Hope you like it!
