As for the wings, no, they're not too big. yes, they should be set closer to Uunni's neck, as wings generally connect to a multi-limbed creature's preexisting "arm" shoulderblades. (That goes for angels, too, in case anyone was wondering) I admit that I do feel the wings seem hyperextended, and that would probably be a rather uncomfortable position to run in...not as much muscle control, you see.
