And I do agree with the above commenter, that the beard is to lightly shaded so it all blends together and makes a mess of the hair. Great job though!

I think that the problem is not with hair, but with shape of his head. It looks too oblong - I mean, you draw his ear too far away. As for the face features, they are masterfully done, I like his stare. | |

I tried to imagine it without the hat, and the only thing I could put my finger on, was that the hair sticking out from his right side (in the background) should maybe have been drawn a teeny weeny bit further out... but that is not at all very important for the picture! As I said, I think that the hat is the source to the wrongness. Otherwise, it's a great drawing and your a great artist! Keep it up Tommi!! | |
