Only critique might be that her legs seem a bit too short, but considering it's an 'old' painting, it doesn't matter.

| 21 Nov 2006 |  Brittany E. Dueker | Oh, wow. This is gorgeous. I love the gold on the border. The only thing that doesn't seem to fit is her knees. They're very realistic looking, and kind of ugly. Ugly is is art, too, of course, and some people can do it very well, but it just doesn't seem to fit this picture because the rest of her is kinda lithe and sub-realistic (which is different from unrealistic because the fey live in a different kind of reality). I should stop babbling. This picture's amazing, and I love the background.
