SciFi and Fantasy Art: Roughly drawn Dwarf

Looking at this pic (I found it sticking on the wall of my old room at my parent's house), I realised that pencil allowed me to shade pretty well (despite the roughness of my approach).Still don't like my treatment of the characters hair though...
