SciFi and Fantasy Art: Hooded bloke

I have always had trouble with hoods (the clothing, not the street thugs ;o) ), in much the same way as I have had with drawing hair. This was another of my attempts at trying to get it right. It didn't succeed of course, but at least did not end up scrunched into a ball to be flung across the room. Any pointers for folds, hoods, hair would be most welcome. Also done in black biro.

Lessee...hoods...i like drawing hoods myself and the one problem i see with your hood is that it stickes too close to the face. except describing how to do it is a little too complicated for me, and a little too long to write here! If you really want to hear me rant about folds and hoods, you can e-mail me. or (and this is, despite appearances, a serious suggestion) try draping a towel or other large piece of fabric over your head and looking at what it gives in the mirror... ;·)
