SciFi and Fantasy Art: The Ivory Tower of Xanth

Created from scratch in Photoshop. This is my idea of how the Sea Hags place looks like. The Aurora Borealis(Northern Lights) is somehow involved in capturing the sea dragons for her use of building on to her ivory tower... This is an idea I got from one of my favorite fantasy author, Piers Anthony. In his 25(so far) book Xanth series. Although, his best series is the Incarnations of Immortality IMO.

17 Apr 2002	Laura Baker	Loading... The crashing waves are fanatastic. All i might have done is soften or smudge the black lines in some of the waves. But overall it is really good. I have recently started teaching myself photoshop but so far only the basic colouring of scanned in art and small modifications. Barry T. Schutza replies: "TY, I agree, and GL! "
