I think the reason why you may not be happy with it is because it is not really what you draw usually (which, I might add, is really great!) Loosen up! Take a chance, and draw what comes to you, and not what you think people would like, and you never know, you might even discover that you are a prodigy at two styles, instead of one! Love the pics, and PLEASE draw more! | |
| 31 Dec 1999 | Emily Arnould | VERY groovy portrayal of Loki! It may sound strange,
but I think the thing I like most about this is the
teeth. They aren't the perfect, ideal teeth that everyone
goes out and gets braces for, so they make the piece
seem more... I don't know. Realistic? No, that's
probably the wrong word... regardless, it's very groovy!

| 21 Aug 2000 | Hannah | Loki was the most colorfull of all the old gods, you have managed to capture that. | |
| 24 Sep 2000 | Anon. | I'm sorry, but I feel that this portrayal of Loki doesn't do justice to any of his aspects. It's his lips and teeth that bother me. | |
| 26 Aug 2001 | Liza <MalaikaLiza@aol...com> | Loki is said to be handsome in the Eddas ... It's a good picture, though, on it's own, and I love that you quoted The Sandman in your caption | |
| 8 Mar 2003 | Jester Dog | Loki isn't suppose o look like satan is he? one of the worst interpretations of loki i've seen... sorry. | |
| 22 Mar 2003 | Jardin girl | excellent work! But i dont think that loki is evil in that way. You show him worse than he is, in my opinion. but that has to be decided by you... | |
| 27 Dec 2003 | Tom | I really like this. I'm not so much the artist, but stumbled onto this. As for the people that say that it's not a good portrayal of Loki, I disagree, but I guess that depends on the person. I look at this picture as showing his evil, more conniving half, whereas the other half of his face is a mystery and possibly the lighter side of him. Good work! (And BTW, this looks GREAT as a thumbnail). | |
| 13 Aug 2004 | Anonymous | Well, being as a big fan of Loki I am, I enjoy the art. And for those about the fact that this isn't actually how Loki is supposed to look, though true, I think the artist was striving to show the inner-mischief of Loki's nature | |
| 28 Aug 2006 | Thanatos Lethe | In your caption you have a mistake fenrir was never the sun devourer that was the wolf skoll a better description for fenrir would be the bound one other than that a good drawing but it is not how I picture loki but to each his own | |
