I really like this one! He's truly beautiful. I love the pose and the color. One of your best. Uta ´Freawyn´ Hesse replies: "You think so? Thank you very much. Hearing that from you IS indeed a compliment, since you are one of the very best artists here in elfwood! The pose... well, it was an ugly little schoolbook doodle before, as often... I tried to make something different, and this is what came out!"
This is stunning! Those piercing eyes just pin you to your seat and make you stare at it for eternities. Very original choice of colors, too. Most phoenixes I've ever seen have been red, orange and yellow, but I really do like this, it's really cool! Is that blood on its beak or just the normal color? Uta ´Freawyn´ Hesse replies: "Thank you very much. I used the blue colours because he is the phoenix of death, so cool colours seemed to fit better. But no, its not bood on the beak, its the natural colour."

Sadly it has become quiet around all our Phoenixes at the moment, because the gryphons on Astaraité seem to be more interesting right now. But this can change every day, and I think Lirian is really happy that it is quiet around him in THAT sense!"

I LOVE the colors! It is true, a phoenix must not be red and fiery all the time. He is something special, and I like the mythology around him so much! Yes, I believe in reincarnation! Uta ´Freawyn´ Hesse replies: "Thank you very much. At the moment, it seems, Lirian does his job not so well - he hangs around aot on Erlinnon, feeling not anymore as loneley as before... but also he doesn't forget when he is needed somewhere, just seems that this isn't as necessary at the moment!"
