I especially like how you can see your rough sketch lines underneath, it adds a touch of emotion on your part.

Ummmm...Man you better reduce the docis of what ever kind of things than you are puttin on your blood cause in my opinion is at the same time scary and disturbing but don't leave of be a cool image

Caught in between an angel and devil describes it perfectly. It seems like hideousness clashing with beauty.. It's difficult to properly describe. I love it though. And the breasts, well, I'd never have thought about that until it was pointed out by other commenters. There are more significant and provocative aspects of the painting which demand attention.

Actually, upon a second inspection, the eyes don't look that off.

Interesting. It has sort of a mummified look, as if it's a hollow, dry shell rather than a living, breathing being. At the same time, the face makes it look eerily alive. Is that what you intended?

"Watermelon breasts", Dee? They are kind of big for someone so thin, but I've personally known people with proportionally larger breasts than that; and in terms of absolute size, I know someone with far bigger breasts than those. So either way, it doesn't seem particularly implausible to me.

The hair is my favorite detail in this picture; it looks like a fibrous, solid version of smoke.

If I may offer one critique, it's that the eyes appear to me to be too far up in the head. Eyes are about halfway up a human(oid?) head, but these look more like two thirds of the way up.
