| 2 May 2002 | Yvonne Diana Pettersson | Ooh.. I've tried to draw pics with some figure, but it's so hard, and I never can get the right feeling... I think you really have done it here! Shes such a beauty... | |
| 28 Aug 2002 | Kimberly Platt | Hot damn a woman with a tummy, hips! You go girl! I don't draw small women either. It's nice to see other female artist drawing what real women look like.^^ I like the shading and the wings.^^ | |
| 4 Sep 2002 | Joyce Williams | Nice to see full-sized women depicted so beautifully! Keep up the great work! I'll be watching. | |
| 10 Oct 2002 | Fonz | Great, proportions like these are so much pleasent to look at than little skinny minny vogue model types! Congrats | |
| 3 Jan 2003 | Anonymeous | Hmmm... Is she pregnant? Well O.K. wy not. A round belly is also something nice. Nice picture. | |
| 27 May 2003 | Aimee | Hey,I admire the way you drew this picture. It's time someone stepped into the real world and saw that not all women arebeautiful(although she is)and not all of us have these thin bodies suited for bikinis.I love the picure and keep up the good work. | |
| 21 Jun 2004 | Brooklyn Red Leg <nonfarb14th@yah...com> | Its refreshing to see someone who appreciates the Rubenesque form. I stumbled across this page and just had to leave my compliments to the artist. Truly a sensual piece that conveys what could be called a 'religious' experience (pardon the pun ~_^). To quote from a movie: 'You're the reason men started scratching pictures on the walls of caves'. | |
| 24 Jun 2004 | Gwendolyn | oh yes, oh yes! I love this drawing, it's soo pretty! and the fact that the lass isn't a barbie-doll is great, go you!!!!!! and, who really cares if the one behind her is a girl or a guy, c'mon, it's love, the sex doesn't matter, right? anyway, more drawings like this! | |
| 19 Jul 2004 | Ulla Thynell | ^_~ Why is everyone going on about the weight indexes? Women have been drawn and painted like that for Ages so it should be self evident that it is beautiful and natural. Okay, I know it's the context (the modern twiggy ideal dominating the elfwood etc).. *Goes on about weight indexes* Yeah I've been horrified a few times in elfwood when found in the picture description words "not that slim" (or so) and then there's this unnaturally superskinny figure in the picture. But it's hard to judge afterall, since it all comes down to one's personal style (and yeah, 'fantasy' not 'reality'). And eyes can be fooled so easily, one soon mixes up what's average and what's totally abnormal, even physically impossible. (and btw, I'm NOT trying to say I myself render something normal or real-human-like in my art. Most of my figures are way beyond the healthy emaciation line ..) *Finally gets bored going on with all the idle crap..* Back to your drawing. I love the sensuality of it. The girl looks lovely. I'm sorry I wasted all the space for the gnagging that serves no-one. | |
| 9 Feb 2006 | Shea Blasingame | I like the fact that you drew a REAL woman with a REAL body, not a supermodel body. I can go on and on about how aggrivating it is to see people portray "beautiful women" as unnaturally skinny women with like zero body fat on them. Anyway, I do like the picture. It's very beautiful. | |
