My name is Jasmine Elizabeth Wahlberg, but you may (and I almost prefer that you) call me Mirnen. I have long adored the fantastic tales of writers such as Tolkien and Feist, and they inspire me to draw as well as I can (hey, I'm not a professional, not even close) about all the dreams they create in my head. Mirnen, my not so much altar-ego as second identity, got her origins from my days as a player and coder for a mud called The Two Towers. Mirnen has long since put those days as a Sindarin elf wizard and a maia behind her and taken on a new life in a world I created for her. She is in training as a personal guard to the royal family Alexander...but that, as we say, is another story. (Or, perhaps if you know more about it, it is 'The Story.') She, however, is still and always will be the 'trumpeter of Valinor' and the 'little tin goddess.'

There are parts of ourselves that we simply cannot bear to leave behind.

I am a chemistry major at Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a trumpet player in the Legend Marching Band...I hope to return to the woods and share what I have learned...sometime soon...

Note: some of my stuff will soon be moving to my FanQuarter page. Some of it is much better suited to be fanart. Enjoy; I hope to get my new pictures scanned soon (and I mean it this time).

5 Apr 2000	Kyle	Loading... Jasmine is an excellent artist in her own way. She's my favorite, but I'll admit I'm a little biased... in any case, I find her work to be very good. Don't let her fool you though: Her real-life counterpart is very interesting... despite anything else she tries to feed you. Many of the feelings expressed in her art reflect the girl herself. Anyhow...I've given enough analysis of Jazz for now. Keep coming back her, because she will put more up.
