You still have some development to do on your style. Don't get stuck in the anime rut that a lot of other people seem to be doing. Great art though.

Walters replies: "  Thanks for the compliments. ^_^ I know I've still got a ways to go before I perfect my own style (I'm working on it!2) I wouldn't call anime a rut though, as it's always changing. Compare the style of Astro Boy to Galaxy Express 999 to Cowboy Bebop. Anime's continues to evolve, same as animation world 'round. Err, Anyway... Sorry for getting preachy at you. ^^; Have a Mr. T smilie. 2"

You have a great skill with colored pencils, although trying and using multiple types of media is good, you should definately do more with colored pencil.

You show a lot of promise in your gallery. I can only offer one recommendation: draw hands! If there's something you aren't good at drawing, you must practice practice practice! With each and every attempt, you get a little better. Once you wrap your mind around how they work, hands aren't so difficult. They can be very expressive. Try not to be frustrated if your drawings don't come out as well as you were hoping. There's always room for improvement, even among the 'best' artists (it's all relative, after all). Keep up the good work and best of luck!
