| 3 Nov 2007 | Anna Gustafsson | Oh my... Those scales must've taken AGES!!! I've worked with scales myself from time to time, but everytime I do, I want to curse myself for getting the idea... :] I envy your patient and talent. *bows and kisses your feet* Wayne H. Hodge replies: "Thank you for that awesome compliment Anna. *hugs*That's exacctly why, even though I love Merpeople and Naga's I rarely draw them is because of them freaking scales. *grabs hair and screams* " | |
| 4 Nov 2007 | Nathaniel S. Summers | I think everyone has to give you props for drawing merman reproductive organs. I mean seriously, they've got to reproduce somehow. The thing I like the most about this piece is the fact that the merman is all intense and has that dynamic pose while the fish around him are basically looking at him like "dude, you're harshing my mellow." Seriously, they're looking at him like he's getting all worked up over nothing. It just makes me laugh. This guy must just be a ham for the camera then. LOL Wayne H. Hodge replies: "*THANK YOU NATHANIEL* I loved your comment. I lauged all the way through it. I love your train of thought. " | |
